what is the percentage of alcohol in PONY’S?
PONY’S contains about 4 % alcohol, which is comparable to most lagers. Please enjoy every PONY to the fullest, and drink in moderation.

why cans?
For one, the flavours and the aroma’s of the beer keep much better in a can.
Furthermore, recycling cans requires less energy compared to recycling glass bottles.
In most countries, cans are collected separately from other waste, so most cans end up being recycled.
Additionally, transporting stapled cans is more efficient and lightweight than transporting plastic boxes filled with bottles of beer. Same thing goes for bar fridges: a lot of cans fit in one fridge, which minimizes energy consumption.
And last but not least, the plastic from our sixpacks is a 100% recycled.

can I serve PONY’S at my venue?
You certainly can, we’d be honoured. Please contact us, so we can work out the details.
You can pick up your order the day after, at one of two locations: Ganzerik or Jigger’s, depending on your own schedule or preferences. Don’t forget to bring along (a photo of) your order number, which you’ll find in the confirmation email after we’ve processed your payment.
can I schedule a pick-up appointment?
Yes, you can, by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. You’ll be rerouted to a form, where you can fill in a pick-up place and date of your choosing. We’ll confirm the appointment by email as soon as we can.
what if I can’t make it to the appointment?
Simply let us know. We’ll reschedule.
where can I pick up my order?
You can collect your order at Ganzerik, or at Jigger’s. Please check our business opening hours.
when can I pick up my order?
Currently, we’re rather low in stock. We’re brewing a new batch as you’re reading this. We’ve got your favourite beer at the ready from July 6th onwards. Order now, we’ll get in touch when the due date arrives.
how long do I have to pick up my order?
We’ll keep your order at the ready for 14 days following upon the date of the confirmation email. If you can’t pick up your order within this time frame, please contact us so we keep our stock organised. Thanks in advance!
is there a minimum or maximum amount I can order?
In our webshop, you’ll have to buy at least one sixpack of PONY’S. If you would like to order more than 10 boxes (one box contains 24x33cl), please email us and we’ll work out the details.
how do I pay?
The webshop is supported by Stripe and Paypal. Stripe supports VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Discover & American Express. Depending on your Paypal account settings, you either pay with credit card or via a direct link to your bank account.
what happens after I have paid?
After you have gone through the payment process, we’ll send you an email confirmation containing an order number. Because of the current Corona-related conditions, pick-up is not available. We’ll deliver PONY’S to your doorstep, within 24h (Ghent area only)
do you deliver PONY’S at home?
For now, we deliver PONY’S to bars, restaurants and other venues that have PONY’S on the menu. If you order a PONY’S box, containing 24 cans, we deliver it to your doorstep in the Ghent area. We cycle around town once a week.
do you also ship PONY’S?
For now, we don’t. Get in touch if you have a special request, (say a bus load of PONY’S for your special event :-)) and we’ll see if we can make it work.
Can I cancel my order?
By law, you have a 14 day cancellation period. If you haven’t yet received or picked up your order, get in touch.
If you reconsider, and the goods are already in your possession, they must be returned whithin 14 days after receiving them. The delivery day is the control date. The packaging must be undamaged, unused and unopened. More info in our terms & conditions.
